The role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from some of the best in the business. You’ll be involved in a variety of rail projects, working alongside experienced engineers and contributing to real-world solutions.
We are looking for a graduate engineer who:
- Is self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Can work independently, and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Is excited to grow their engineering knowledge in a supportive environment.
Literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and a degree in an engineering discipline is preferred but not essential. The role is based at our Midlands base HQ In Derby and will require travel within the UK.
