The role
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll work on real-world rail projects, supporting engineering assurance activities such as inspections, testing, and quality checks. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to solve practical challenges and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a hands-on role with a mix of office work and site visits across the UK.
We are looking for a graduate engineer who:
- Is self-motivated and keen to learn.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Can work independently, and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Is excited to grow their engineering knowledge in a supportive environment.
Literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and a degree in an engineering discipline is preferred but not essential. The role is based at our Midlands base HQ In Derby and will require travel within the UK.
